Welcome to Siddha. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information across both our landing website (waitlist/sign-up forms) and within the Siddha mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

A. Siddha Mobile Application

Siddha is designed with offline privacy at its core. The app does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on remote servers. All personal details (such as your name), meditation logs, quest history, reflections, and streak statistics are saved strictly locally on your physical device via standard browser storage (localStorage).

B. Landing Website Waitlist

On this website, we keep collection minimal and voluntary. We only collect:

Email Address: Captured only when you submit our early access waitlist form.

2. How We Use Your Information

For waitlist sign-ups: To notify you about updates, early beta access, and the official release of the Siddha app. We will never sell, lease, or distribute your email address to third parties.
Within the mobile app: All computations (streaks, leveling, statistics) are performed entirely client-side on your device to run the app mechanics.

3. Third-Party Services

Website: We use Loops.so as our email subscription delivery provider. When you sign up for early access on our website, your email is forwarded securely to Loops.so.
Mobile App: The mobile app contains no third-party advertisements, analytics scripts, trackers, or SDKs that collect or share your device data.

4. Data Retention, Security & Deletion

For waitlist subscriptions, we secure your email address and retain it only as long as necessary to keep you updated, or until you choose to unsubscribe.

For mobile application data, you have absolute control over your files. You can delete all of your session logs, achievements, and statistics at any time by selecting the "Reset Progress" button in the app's Profile screen, or by clearing the application storage in your device's settings menu.

5. Your Rights & Opt-Out

You can request to delete your email address from our subscriber lists at any time. Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any update email, or reach out to us at hello@siddha.app.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to align with new releases. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
